I mostly do graduation, children, family, and portrait photography; but I’m open to doing other kinds of photography styles and events (ex: birthday parties, etc.) as well.

You’ll fill out the “contact me” form on the contact page or email me and I’ll respond within 24 hours of your request through email and/or phone call. We’ll then go over your vision to discuss more in depth of what you want out of the shoot. Once we both agreed to move forward with the shoot, I will send over a custom proposal which includes a contract and invoice with payment instructions. A retainer fee** of $100 from the package you choose is required for ALL session dates. You must acknowledge that no reservation can be made prior to the signature of the contract and subsequent payment of the initial service retainer deposit. Session must be paid in full 24 hours prior to shoot date.
And last just show up to the shoot date ready to have a good time while I capture some beautiful moments! =)
**A retainer fee is paid in advance in order to hold services. A retainer is non-fundable and is not returned.

You can choose any outdoor location of your choice. If the location requires an admission fee, you are responsible for the fees associated with the location (parks, venues, etc.). If you need help with locations, I know of a few, and/or we can both come up with new locations together.

Regardless of what session you choose (graduation, family, children, portrait), you should wear clothes that make you feel comfortable. Try to avoid wearing extremely bright colored clothing because it makes it hard for a camera to balance exposure, and it may leave a color cast on your skin. Solid colors are ideal and some patterns. Too much of a pattern or prints are distracting and can draw attention away from your message. If you're booking a family session, it’s visually more appealing if ALL the members are dressed in similar color tones.

Your photos will be ready anywhere from 5-7 days after the photoshoot. You will receive an online gallery where you can download the photos on your computer and/or to a USB flash drive. It’s highly recommended since the gallery will only be available for 30 days.
There are NO REFUNDS on completed images.

Yes! You have the option to order prints through your gallery.
Prints are purchased separately and isn’t included in the packages.

If you are unable to make your photo session and need to cancel due to an illness, inclement weather, act of God, or causes beyond your control, you can reschedule for a later date. Rescheduling is allowed ONCE up to 1 month from the date of cancellation.
Deposits are nonrefundable because it causes me to lose valuable time where I could be handling other sessions. It doesn’t give me enough time to re-book or find another client for the time slot.

Yes, but only within the Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange County area. Anywhere that is 30 miles outside of zip code 90024 will be charged an additional fee. (Depending on the distance, rate is discussed during booking)

Yes! They will most likely be offered around holiday seasons (Valentine’s Day, Easter, Christmas, etc.) I will post this information on my Instagram page. You can follow me @patriceharveyphotography for updates =)
